So…started off the month positive, started a marathon training plan…promptly hurt my back and been, on some days bedridden, and on others wobbling about with a rather fetching stick…

Pretty lady hey?! Thank heavens for my dad, who never throws anything away, and so had her waiting just for me!

BUT – I have made progress, and I will get better…I just gotta have patience and keep the faith.

In the meantime…I shall use my time to make pompoms!!
