2023 – Let’s Read!

I’m starting a new reading list for a new year… hopefully, I’ll find some great new authors alongside my favourites. SO, LET’S READ!

Book 1

Murder Before Evensong – The Reverend Richard Coles

Recommendation: 3/5 Lots of great characters living in this village, I hope we get to meet them again.

Bonus Book 32

The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark – Jill Tomlinson

My favourite childhood story. A simple tale that never failed to make me smile and set my imagination alight with each scenario. I read to our children too, and even more than a decade on, I can say ‘I do not like it’ and they will both always reply ‘AT ALL!’.

Recommendation: 5/5 In the words of Plop… It’s SUPER!
